  • In the same condition as when received

  • Money-back refunds are valid for one week after delivery.
  • After this period, only store credit will be provided.

g. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the return package is adequately insured, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

h. Customers are responsible for packaging and returning the product according to our instructions. Please ensure the product is protected during transit.
